However, users that use other browsers then Internet Explorer might have to do some tweaking to have a seamless experience. If your link downloads a file instead of installing the application, means that the installation not will work. If you are using Google Chrome as your default browser there is an easy solution. You only need to install an add-on, found here.

When you have installed the add-on, restart your browser and try to click the install link again, hopefully the installation will start now.
